As the generational landscape shifts, established discretionary Family Trusts are undergoing decision-making and control changes, significantly impacting on their day-to-day administration and the exercise of trustee discretions, resulting in an increase in trustee/beneficiary disharmony and in some cases, trust litigation.

Practitioners and advisers need to be aware of the impact of these changes, and the options available to them and their clients when providing Family Trust advice on:

• Estate planning;
• Trust administration; and
• Trust litigation.

This practical session is designed for practitioners and advisers working with Family Trusts and will take a deep dive into this complex area of the law, providing practical guidance and tips and traps through an analysis of current trust case law coupled with practical examples and case studies.

This webinar is suitable for lawyers, accountants and other professional advisers, and is pitched at an intermediate level.
