Barrister
Dr Philip Bender is a barrister and nationally accredited mediator practising in taxation and superannuation, commercial and property law, and trusts/deceased estates. He is the author of Bender’s Australian Stamp Duties, published by the Tax Institute.
Philip has appeared in many trusts, taxation and superannuation cases in Tribunals and Courts, both for taxpayers and revenue authorities. He acted as counsel in one of the few foreign trust cases on section 99B, Howard’s case.
