Lester practises broadly in commercial law, providing expert advice to small and medium enterprises; high net-worth individuals and family groups.
His commercial practice includes business sales and acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, leasing and franchising, trusts, duties and complex estate planning. Lester has a keen eye for detail and enjoys drafting complex transactional documents.
He also maintains a keen interest in not-for-profit law and regularly assists clients in structuring not-for-profits and advising on governance issues. Lester currently sits on the boards of three different charities.
Lester is also a highly regarded migration lawyer with in-depth knowledge and understanding of Australian visa processes across a broad range of visas. Lester has consistently provided strategic immigration advice to companies and individuals, including in relation to appeals, compliance and complex issues. He has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Immigration Lawyer in Western Australia.
