Daniel Taborsky is the managing director and founder of Birchstone Legal Group, which is a boutique law firm specialising in tax and succession planning solutions for privately owned enterprises and high-net-worth individuals. He specialises in resolving tax disputes with the ATO and State revenue offices as well as advising on complex tax matters, restructures of private groups and M&A transactions. Shivani Jethwa
Associate Director, Birchstone Tax Law

Shivani Jethwa is an Associate Director at Birchstone Tax Law. She specialises in providing advice in relation to complex tax matters, trust law issues and implementing effective tax and commercial strategies for succession planning and asset protection purposes. Shivani has experience in advising high net wealth individuals and private corporate groups across a broad range of tax issues.
