Mark Halsey and Fiona Halsey are financial services lawyers (Halsey Legal Services) and financial compliance experts (Licensee Solutions). Each has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, and together they provide services around Australia, to large and small AFSLs, financial advisers, fund managers, and investors. They offer a unique blend of services including representation for enforcement issues, advice regarding regulatory changes, the implementation of commercial transactions, drafting useful and practical documents, and overall financial services compliance.

Before establishing Halsey Legal and Licensee Solutions, Mark worked in the Commonwealth government, for major banking groups and life insurers. Fiona worked in managed fund research and software, and was a director and in-house counsel for a big 4 accounting firm.
