Answer: All Law Central documents are built by you. For your security and privacy, it is Law Central's policy that users have a registered account with a secure Username and Password in order to build a document. Please read Law Central's Privacy Policy for further information.

Answer: To make a direct bank deposit, please follow these instructions:

1. Pay directly into the account details below.

   • Bank: St. George Bank
   • Account Name: Law Central Co Pty Ltd
   • BSB: 336-060
   • Account Number: 553481991

2. Notify LawCentral of the payment by sending an email to accounts@lawcentral.com.au or calling 08 9463 4333 and provide us with the following information:

   • Username
   • Document ID
   • Payment amount ($)
   • Receipt number for payment.

3. On receipt of the above, LawCentral will then release your document.

Answer: It's free to join Law Central. Simply click on 'Join Now' located in the top right corner of the home page (next to Login) and complete the details. Law Central electronically stores your legal documents and also emails them to you, so please ensure that the email address you provide is valid and belongs to you.

Answer:

1. Click on 'Login' which is located in the top right corner of the screen (next to Join Now).
2. Click on 'Forgot your Password?'.
3. Enter your details and click on 'Submit'.
4. Go to your email inbox.
5. Open the email you received from Law Central and click on the link inside.
6. Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
7. Click on 'Reset Password'.

Answer:

1. Login to Law Central using your Username and Password. Login is located in the top right corner of the screen (next to Join Now). If you have forgotten your password, please see Help! I have forgotten my password.
2. You are now in My Account. Click on the 'Profile' box.
3. The Profile tab has your Personal, Company and Login Details. Navigate to Login Details.
4. Click on 'Update Password'. This will prompt you to enter your current password, your new password and re-enter your new password.
5. Click on 'Update' to confirm your new password.

1. Login to Law Central using your Username and Password. Login is located in the top right corner of the screen (next to Join Now).
2. You are now in My Account. Click on the 'Profile' box.
3. The Profile tab has your Login and Contact Details. Navigate to Login Details.
4. Click on 'Update Email'.This will prompt you to enter your new email address and then re-enter it.
5. Click on 'Update' to confirm your new email address.

1. Login to Law Central using your Username and Password. Login is located in the top right corner of the screen (next to Join Now).
2. You are now in My Account. Click on the 'Profile' box.
3. The Profile tab has your Login and Contact Details. Navigate to Contact Details.
4. Click on 'Update Contact' in the Contact Details section of your Profile. This will prompt you to update or make changes to your Profile.
5. Click on 'Update' to confirm.

Answer: Legal Tutor is a list of helpful hints specific to each document. You can access it on the Legal Tutor tab once you have clicked on a document.

Answer: Yes. Law Central uses encryption technology to protect your personal information. All the information you enter is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read while on transit. For verification, please view Law Central's Security Certificate.

Answer: At Law Central, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Law Central does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Law Central may provide statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors. These statistics do not include any personally identifiable information such as your name and address. Law Central is not a law firm, and as such, information provided to Law Central is not protected by legal professional privilege. Law Central will comply with information requests from relevant authorities (such as Courts) where required to do so by law. Please read Law Central's Privacy Policy for further information.

Answer: Law Central endeavours to respond to your queries within 24 hours. However, if a query is more complex, it may take longer.

Answer: Yes. Law Central's Price List is located in the top right corner of the screen, above the Search function. Simply click on 'Price List' to be navigated to an A-Z list which contains each document's Price and Platinum Price.

To access your My Account, you are required to login using your Username and Password. Login is located in the top right corner of the screen (next to Join Now).
